Arcola Bridge Resolution <br /> Page 2 <br /> 2) That the reconstruction of the Arcola Bridge be <br /> delayed to a construction year when the bridge <br /> may be started early enough in the spring so that <br /> the entire reconstruction can take place during <br /> one construction year. <br /> 3) That the reconstructed bridge deck does conform <br /> and is consistent �ith two-lane Hennepin County <br /> #15 and the Tanager Lake Bridge. Widening of <br /> existing sidewalks shall be deducted from the <br /> existing bridge deck using the present driving lanes <br /> to assure that additional overall bridge width is <br /> not attained. <br /> 4) That the Hennepin County Department of Transportation <br /> is to keep at least one lane of traffic open during <br /> the entire reconstruction period and that in the <br /> event that the reconstruction project should be <br /> halted for any reason for more than one week, that <br /> the barricades shall be rearranged so that two <br /> lanes of traffic, one in each direction, shall be <br /> maintained until such time as the reconstruction <br /> project is resumed. <br /> 5) That the Hendrickson Bridge not be reconstructed <br /> during the same construction year. <br /> 6) That the Mayor of Minnetonka Beach and the City <br /> of Orono' s City Administrator be included as <br /> active participants in the preconstruction meetings <br /> as well as all construction meetings during the <br /> reconstruction project. <br /> AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be <br /> transmitted to the following: <br /> City of Spring Park <br /> City of Mound <br /> City of r!tinnetrista <br /> City of Tonka Bay <br /> Hennepin County Boa�d of Commissioners <br /> Hennepin County Department of Transportation <br /> State Senator George Pillsbury <br /> State Representative Robert Searles <br /> Metropolitan Council <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesot at a <br /> regular meetinq held March 24 , 1980. <br /> �� <br /> William B.
