VILLAGE OF ORONO <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, <br />October 26, 1970 <br />The Village Council met on the above date <br />with the following members present: Mayor <br />Oberhauser, Councilmen Butterfield and <br />Searles. Absent: Councilmen Franzel and <br />ScCarthy. . <br />Searles moved, Butterfield seconded, that <br />the ;•tinutes of the Regular 'lceting of <br />October 12, 1970, be approved. `lotion, <br />Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />?•irs. Douglas Head, Jr., President of <br />Minnesota Concern, presented the Village <br />of Orono with a letter of commendation <br />regarding the adoption of the phosphate <br />ordinance. <br />Searles moved, Butterfield seconded, that <br />the conditional use Dermit for Ray Waterhouse, <br />132 Chevy Chase Drive, for a fill permit, <br />be approved. Aotioi. , Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br />Searles moved, Butterfield seconded, that <br />the request of Richard Edwards, 3485-3S4S <br />Shoreline Drive, to renew his conditional <br />use permit for one year to November 10, <br />1971, with an upper limit of 16 units <br />per acre, but no guarantee of any set number <br />of units per acre, be approved. ,lotion, <br />Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />Searles moved, Butterfield seconded, that <br />the request of Van Dale for rezoning of <br />the Holter property, 2765-2785 Wayzata <br />Boulevard, to "I" zoning;, subject to <br />agreed side -lot setback on west border, <br />adjacent to Old Crystal Bay Road, of <br />100 feet, be approved.
