I ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OP ORONO <br />BY COMPELLING PRIVATE OWNERS TO ALLOW PUBLIC PASSAGE <br />ON A PRIVATE ROAD <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OP ORONO ORDAINS; <br />Section 1. Section 6.01, subdivision 2 of the Municipal <br />Code of Orono is hereby amended by adding the addendum sentence <br />described below: <br />All private roads must be opened to all people who own <br />homes on that road and their invitees and to all people <br />who could reasonably be expected to use that road to get <br />to their private residences and their invitees. <br />Section 2, This ordinance shall be published in The Laker <br />and The Pioneer and shall be effective upon publication. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />regular meeting held on the 8th day of January, 1990. <br />James R.
