Finance Director's Memo <br />Forwarded recommending approval these budget amendments represent <br />previous Council approvals in 1989 or carryovers from 1988. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, to approve as <br />presented the adjustments to the 1989 General Fund department <br />budget. Such adjustments are funded by revenue budget <br />adjustments in 1989 in the General Fund and from use of fund <br />balance and result in an increase in the total 1989 budget of <br />$2,401,890, bringing the total to $5,122,550. Further to approve <br />adjustments for the Improvement and Equipment Outlay Fund and the <br />Building Outlay Fund as presented with the increases to be <br />financed by use of available revenues or fund balances as <br />required.
