Proposal <br />Meets <br />ves No <br />INSTALLATION <br />Existing conduit must be used whenever possible. <br />All work must be in conformance with all local and national <br />electrical codes. <br />It shall be the vendor's responsibility to obtain and pay fees <br />for all certificates and permits required by local and state laws <br />and all City ordinances including the Fire Underwriters <br />Certificate of Inspection. <br />Service of the existing City telephone system must be maintained <br />throughout the installation process. If a tsmporary <br />disconnection is necessary, service shall be restored promptly <br />and efficiently. <br />All.work shall be performed in a workmanlike manner and shall <br />present a neat appearance upon completion. All system installers <br />shall be experienced in the installation of similar equipment and <br />components and shall have worked on at least one prior <br />installation of the equipment proposed to be installed. <br />The vendor must havo exoerience installing 3 similar systems with <br />the proposed switch in the local 7 county metropolitan area. <br />It will be necessary for all workers to work within a business <br />environment. Distractions and work disruptions shall be <br />minimized. In the case of an unavoidable disturbance, the tenant <br />shall be given at least two days notice so that work schedules <br />and disruptions may be minimized. <br />All necessary craft tools and instruments required for an <br />efficient installation shall be supplied and maintained by the <br />vendor. <br />Complete public telephone service starting at termination of <br />common carrier's lines on interior wall at the City's offices as <br />well as other remote locations. <br />From this starting point, connect all telephone instruments and <br />switching equipment so as to permit: <br />1.
