CITY OF OROHO <br />COUNTY OF HENNEPIN <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1991 BUDGET FOR <br />THE LAKE MINNETONKA CABLE COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION <br />NHBRBAS, the Commission was issued a Regular Certificate <br />of Confirmation by the Minnesota Cable Commission Board relative <br />to the Cable Communications Franchise; <br />WHEREAS/ the City of Orono is an existing member of the <br />Commission; <br />WHEREAS, said joint and cooperative effort is authorized <br />by Minnesota Statutes Section 238.08, Subd. 5; <br />WHEREAS, the existing joint powers agreement provides <br />that the member cities of Commission shall review and approve the <br />Commission budget; <br />WHEREAS, the Ci’y has reviewed the 1991 budget of the <br />Commission and believes it to be proper; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono approved the 1991 budget of the Lake Minnetonka <br />Cable Communications Commission. <br />The above listed resolution was moved by <br />and duly seconded by __ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ “”1 ” <br />The following Council Members voted in the affirmative; <br />The following Council Members voted in the negative; <br />1990. <br />The above resolution was duly adopted on September 10, <br />ATTEST;James R.
