It was noted cost of jail time was not <br />included nary. Staff will include that. Financial Report, Treasurer Lewman <br />1) Lewman submitted the statement of cash transactions <br />for the month ending 6-30-90 and it was ordered filed. <br />2) Lewman submitted the list of bills payable, noting <br />check 6302 to Prof. Fundraising Services in the amount of $373.77 <br />for a Save the Lake address list is a recommended settlement with <br />the vendor. The original list of 4800 names was not satisfactory <br />to some Board members. The vendor has agreed to review the list <br />and identify 1000 prospects for the district. Reese questioned <br />check 6200 to Smith and Nephew in the amouri of $973.20 for <br />U.F.O. - General Supplies. It appeared more than the quoted <br />price. Staff agreed to re-examine the billing. <br />Fillsbury moved, Grathwol seconded, approval of checks <br />numbered 6228 through 6302 in the amount of $51,611.67, check <br />6302 to be ht;ld untxi the vendor has furnished a list of 1000 <br />names not on the district’s current Save the Lake mailing list <br />and check 6298 subject to an audit of the bill to determine its <br />accuracy. Slie is working daily on n.ulbiplo dock <br />license renewals for inspections. The dock license renewals <br />should all be in the mail by the end of July.
