2. During the summer months which are defined as April 1, 1991 through September 30, <br />1991 the following provisions will apply, <br />a) -The entire building shall be rented to and under the control of the lessees except <br />that the lessor may conduct fund raising activities in the building at any mutual <br />agreeable times without any charge therefore. <br />b) The lessor will pay all utility bills. <br />c) Lessee may remove boards and may make such other temporary inte-lor or <br />exterior modifications, to meet needs for special event activities. Lessee shall <br />submit its request in writing to the Pond Arena manager for approval.
