AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS Westonka-Orono Sports Center Association, Inc., has this day executed leases <br />for the summer months to the Westonka-Orono Sports Center in Mound, Minnesota, to <br />Independent School District No. 277 and Independent School District No. 278, and <br />WHEREAS said organizations have also this day executed leases of certain hours of ice <br />time during the winter months in said Sports Center, and <br />WHEREAS the parties hereto wish to specify certain matters not set forth in said leases, <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between Westonka-Orono Sports <br />Center Association, Inc., Independent School District No. 277, and Independent School <br />District No. 278 as follows: <br />1. During the winter season which is defined as October 1, 1990 through March 31, <br />1991 the following provisions win apply: <br />a) Lessor will operate concessions and receive all income therefrom. <br />b) Lessee shall receive all gate receipts. <br />c) Lessor shall pay all building expenses including utilities. <br />d) Lessor will provide Janitorial services, a zamboni operator, scoreboard operator, <br />official scorer, announcer, ticket takers and ticket sellers. <br />• (e) Lessee will supply game tickets, a trainer, referees and scorekeeper. <br />(f) Selection of aU employees of lesson* on duty at games shall be the responsibility <br />of the Westonka/Orono Sports Center Association, Tic. except the school <br />districts shall approve the selection of the scoreboard operator. <br />(g) Lessor will make every effort to schedule required activities of lessees at times <br />which will be appropriate to the needs of the school district. These Include <br />instructional programs at school time, co-curricular programs at off-school <br />hours, and community education programs.
