Approved by the Orono Board of Education - July 9,1990 <br />RESOLVBO, that this governlnf board of School District I 278 and School Namt <br />Orono t County of Hennepin f Stato of <br />Klnnesotaf delegates the control» supervision and rcg\jlation of intarscholastlc <br />athletic and other extra-curricular activities (referred to in Hlnnesota <br />Statutesi Section 123.38) to the Minnesota State High School League, and so <br />hereby certifies to the State Connissioner of Education as provided for by <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 129.121. <br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that the high school(s) - (naae all schools In the district) <br />Orono High School <br />is (are) authorised by this, the governing board of said school district or <br />school tot <br />1. (Check either A or B) <br />A. Make nev application for aeabership In the Minnesota State High <br />School League, and <br />X B. Renew its aeabership in the Minnesota State High School League, <br />and <br />2. Participate in the approved inter-school activities sponsored by said <br />League and its various subdivisions, and <br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that this governing board hereby adopts the Constitution, <br />By-Laws, Rules and Regulations of the said League and all aaendaents thereto as <br />the same are published in the latest edition of the League's Official Handbook, <br />on file at the office of the school district, as the Binieun standards governing <br />participation In said League sponsored activities, and that the adeinlstratlon <br />and responsibility for supervision of such activities are assigned to the <br />official representative.
