MAINTENANCE SUGGESTIONS <br />SEPTIC TANK - <br />DOSING CHAMBER - <br />Inspect the tank annually and have the tank <br />cleaned when the scum is 3 inches or less <br />above the outlet baffle and/or when the <br />sludge level is 8 inches or less below the <br />outlet baffle. <br />If a dosing siphon is installed» the <br />avucillary vent should be cleaned annually. <br />If pumps are used in the dosing chamber, the <br />manufacturers maintenance schedule that comes <br />with the punqp should be followed .
