a <br />ARTICLE XIX VACATIONS <br />Employees will accumulate vacation leave according to the <br />following schedule; <br />0 through 5 years <br />of continuous service; <br />6 through 10 years <br />of continuous service; <br />11 through 15 years <br />of continuous service; <br />16 years of continuous service: <br />17 years of continuous service: <br />18 years of continuous service: <br />19 years of continuous service: <br />20 years and over <br />of continuous service: <br />10 days ( 80 hours) <br />15 days (120 hours) <br />18 days (144 hours) <br />19 days (152 hours) <br />20 days (160 hours) <br />21 days (168 hours) <br />22 days (176 hours) <br />23 days (184 hours) <br />The maximum carry-over of accrued vacation from one calendar <br />year to the next is 120 hours. <br />ARTICLE XX HOLIDAYS <br />Each employee shall receive 11 (88 hours) floating holidays <br />accrued on a prorated basis each year to be used in the same <br />manner as vacations.
