NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto: <br />I. LOCAL GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITY <br />A. CITIES' RESPONSIBILITY <br />1. Shoreland Ordinance Adoption. After the official two year notice <br />has been given, per Minnesota Rules part 6120.2800, subpart 2., and before <br />July 31, 1991, the Cities agree to adopt a shoreland management ordinance <br />consistent with statewide standards and the Lake Minnetonka Comprehensive <br />Management Plan. <br />2. The Cities shall document all eligible costs defined in Section <br />II.A. of this agreement, and report them to the LHCD for payment. <br />B. LHCD RESPONSIBILITY <br />1. Local Government Coordination. After the official two year <br />notice has been given, per Minnesota Rules part 6120.2800, subpart 2., LHCD <br />agrees to coordinate the shoreland ordinance adoption for the shoreland areas <br />of Lake Minnetonka (I.D.#27-133) of the following local governments: <br />City of Deephaven <br />City of Excelsior <br />City of Greenwood <br />City of Minnetonka <br />City of Minnetonka Beach <br />City of Hinnetrista <br />City of Mound <br />City of Orono <br />City of Shorewood <br />City of Spring Park <br />City of Tonka Bay <br />City of Victoria <br />City of Wa>4ata <br />City of Woodland <br />2. Ordinance Certification Checklist. Within the adoption schedule <br />described in item A.l. above, the LHCD also agrees to ensure completion of all <br />the tasks and return the attached ordinance certification checklist for each <br />City to the State.
