BUILDING PERMITS - Each new building permit should be for a new <br />primary structure on a lot should be researched to see if it has <br />previously has paid a subdivision fee. If not: <br />1. Referral to City Assessor for an appraisal <br />2. Submission back to Building & Zoning and Public Works <br />for discussion of fee. <br />3. Imposition of payment of fee prior to issuance of <br />building permit. <br />PARK CAPITAL BUDGET - In addition to the means for collection the <br />Park Commission will undertake the solicitation of request for <br />proposal to engage a consultant to develop a capital budgeting <br />plan for the parks. Once completed, they will make a <br />recommendation to Council as to capital improvements budget for <br />utilization of the funds. <br />Amendments to this procedure will be distributed and placed in <br />the Orono Resource file. <br />Orono Resource <br />City Assessor
