Page 2 <br />May 7,1990 <br />Mr. & Mrs. Gregory Peterson <br />As the original notice mailed to you on December 18th advised, <br />the Council meets the second and fourth Mondays of the month. <br />Staff would appreciate your revised plan for fence improvements <br />to be submitted at least 10 days prior to the regularly scheduled <br />Council meeting. Once again, I would encourage you to review the <br />enclosed staff sketch so that you will be aware of what sections <br />of fencing will require variances to height and setback. <br />As we appear to have difficulty reaching each other by phone <br />because of our hectic and conflicting schedules, it may be best <br />that we continue to communicate through writing.
