ADDENDUM #1 <br />Section 8 Assessing Services Contract is deleted with <br />the following clause submitted. <br />8* Date of Agreement and Term. This <br />Agreement shall be effective as of January 1, 1990, and <br />employment of the ASSESSOR to perform the services to be rendered <br />hereunder shall commence as of January 1, 1990, for the <br />performance of the 1991 and 1992 real estate assessment, and <br />continue until Augu-c 31, 1991; subject, hoeever, to extension as <br />hereinafter provided.
