While i <br />it appeared to be an open ended offer, the City of Wayzata by <br />phone has indicated they would like a meeting with the Council on <br />the site in the near future. <br />DISCUSSION - <br />The following represent considerations for such a meeting: <br />A) Discussion with Wayzata Council^ This may allow ^or <br />exchange of ideas" between both Councils as to relativ'e <br />position, interests and concerns regarding such developmen . <br />Discussion of such a facility may be premature,^ Given <br />tL general issue of the location oi other gHTeTnmenta 1 <br />facilities within Orono boundaries, it may be premature to <br />discuss a specific facility prior <br />conclusion of general policy to determine wnat conditions <br />and controls would be attendant to that. Once that is done, <br />it may be appropriate to have the facility considered within <br />those parameters. <br />C) Allowing a Wayzata facility., <br />meeting were to encourage the Oror ^uncil to allow t <br />of <br />together with negative impacts on pending and future <br />annexations of such facilities or at least the attendent <br />land.
