In <br />fact, the LMCD would need to attain additional statutory <br />authority to undertake the revenue sources that it is <br />proposing. <br />Data on Density - <br />unsafe Condition - The plan specifically states on <br />page 40 that over 50% of those boaters identified <br />unsafe situations in the survey.
