Zoning File #1552 July 2, 1990 Page 2 of 2 <br />Staff Reconmendation - <br />If the applicants were to redesign the walkout/patio <br />excavation and improvements to be totally outside the 0-75' zone, <br />the issue of hardcover would still be a concern. Planning <br />Commission did not wish to consider any new improvements, <br />however, unless the applicants could revert the property back to <br />its allowed hardcover of 35%. <br />Council would appear to have the following options: <br />1. Conceptually approve, directing staff to draft a <br />resolution for approval. <br />2. Approve conditioned on redesign outside the 0-75' zone <br />and/or reduce hardcover to a specified level. <br />3. Conceptually deny, directing staff to draft a resolution <br />for denial. <br />4. Table. <br />5. Other.
