Due to the size and shape of the property at 1055 Ferndale <br />Rd, West the present zoning o.Hinance severely limit the allowable <br />hardcover. In order to provMe adequate driveway, sidewalks and patios, <br />I am requesting additional hardcover up to 7*745 s,f, in total for this <br />property.
