Certification of Delinquent Utilities and Accounts Receivable—Resolution 7518 <br /> The City Council is requested to review the Staff report,receive a presentation,open a public hearing, and <br /> discuss and adopt the resolution. <br /> The Council discussed the item and asked questions of staff. <br /> Mayor Walsh opened the public hearing at 6:19 p.m. <br /> There were no public comments. <br /> Mayor Walsh closed the public hearing at 6:19 p.m. <br /> Johnson moved,Crosby seconded,to adopt Resolution 7518 Certificate of Delinquent Utility Bills <br /> and Accounts Receivables to Hennepin County for collection. VOTE: Ayes 5,Nays 0. <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPORT <br /> None <br /> FINANCE REPORT <br /> 22.
