Grant—Pickleball--Resolution 7522 <br /> Benson pointed out the grant, if approved and accepted,would require the City to repurpose the land in <br /> perpetuity for its zoned use which is residential,which would have a financial impact and so should have <br /> public input. <br /> Crosby moved,Veach seconded,to adopt Resolution 7522 to apply for an Age-Friendly Minnesota <br /> Community Grant. Alcohol License <br /> The City Council is requested to review the Staff report,receive a presentation, open a public hearing, and <br /> discuss and adopt the resolution adopting an alcohol sales application for a new restaurant. <br /> The Council discussed the item and asked questions of staff and the applicant, Talavera Mexican <br /> Restaurant, 2160 Wayzata Blvd. W. <br /> Mayor Walsh opened the public hearing at 6:17 p.m. <br /> There were no public comments <br /> Mayor Walsh closed the public hearing at 6:17 p.m. <br /> Crosby moved,Johnson seconded,to approve the liquor license as applied.
