CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 7530 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION AND DECLARING A VACANCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Council Member Matt Johnson submitted his letter of resignation dated <br />November 12, 2024. <br />WHEREAS, Council Member Matt Johnson stated that his resignation will be effective <br />immediately, November 12, 2024. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ORONO, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The council accepts Council Member Matt Johnson’s resignation as described above. <br />2.
