On May 1 5, 1990 at a visit to City Hall <br />regarding the Park Commission appointment Sherokee Use indicated <br />a possible interest in applying for the Planning Commission. In <br />a follow-up phone conversation this week staff asked if she was <br />interested in applying. As she indicated in her letter she felt <br />it inappropriate to apply after the dealine.) <br />The designations established for the Planning Commission are 2 <br />Urban, 2 Rural, 2 At Large and 1 Lakeshore. The Council <br />guidelines on the matter allow them diversions as they see fit. <br />Designations of current Planning Commission members are: <br />Charles Kelly <br />Maureen Bellows <br />Ed Cohen <br />James Hanson <br />Sara Moos <br />At Large <br />At Large <br />At Large <br />R <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Issue 1. <br />1. Continue an informal process on a vacancy by vacancy basis for <br />advisory Boards. <br />2. Request staff develop a formal process for presentation to <br />Council at the 6/11/90 meeting for advisory boards. <br />3. Table for further consideration. <br />4.
