ARTICLE XI <br />Him <br />Roberts Rules of Order, revised, shall govern In all matters <br />not covered by the Articles of Incorporation or the By-Laws. <br />ARTICLE XII <br />AMENDMENTS <br />These By-Laws may be amended at any regular or special meeting <br />of the Board of Directors, provided notice of the meeting has stated the <br />purpose thereof. <br />ARTICLE XIII <br />PERQUISITES <br />Members may take classes, workshops, and other organized groups <br />with or without instructors at reduced fees as established by the Board <br />of Directors. <br />ARTICLE XIV <br />HnUSTNG AND PROPERTIES <br />Section 1. The Board of Directors Is authorized to do any and <br />all acts necessary to acquire housing for the activities of the Center <br />Including leasing, building or buying such accommodations as they may <br />deem suitable and in keeping with the financial standing of the Center, <br />with full power to select the location and carry on all business <br />necessary to effect the same. Including, but not without limitations, <br />executing contracts, options, mortgages, leases with respect thereto; <br />subject however to the following limitations: <br />Section 2.
