- Continuation of the present LMCD organization <br />- LMCD as proposed in the draft <br />- Alternative structure for LMCD or an alternative <br />organization <br />It is anticipated that a Citv Lake Use Management Committee would <br />be advisory to the Coum; < -*n policy matters and that policy <br />recommendations would be . warded f-.r working either with LMCD, <br />develop into City ordina/.c^s where appropriate through Planning <br />Commission and/or establibh a^*. operational priorities for the <br />City. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />1. Committee Structure <br />a. Determine number of members <br />b. Any categories of members <br />c. Nominating people to the Committee <br />d. Defining role of the Committee <br />2. Scope of Activity <br />a. Range of issues to be addressed <br />b. Recommendations as far as: <br />Policy <br />Objectives <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the Council review these <br />ideas and discuss any alternatives or modifications of these <br />ideas they may have and then determine perhaps at the May 29, <br />1990 meeting whether they desire to go ahead or not. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by —, that <br />accept the information on the Lake Use Management Comm..ttee and <br />table it until the May 29, 1990 meeting at which time the <br />Committee, if it is desired, would be established together with <br />nominations for service on that Committee.
