NOWr THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or <br />more of the findings noted above, the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the preliminary plat for Constance M. Scott <br />that proposes a 2 lot Class III subdivision per the survey <br />undated by Theodore D. Kemna of Schoell & Madsen Inc., subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. The future owner of Lot 1 must apply for a driveway <br />permit from the Public Works Department upon application for <br />a building permit. <br />2. The plat was filed prior to the May 1st deadline for new <br />park dedication fee schedule, subdivider need only make <br />payment of $200.00 for proposed Lot 1. <br />FINAL PLAT SUBMITTALS <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to <br />the Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly <br />scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the <br />month: <br />A. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies <br />and one (1) copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by <br />Theodore D. Kemna of Schoell & Madsen Inc. undated <br />(preliminary plans used for public hearing review on <br />May 21, 1990). <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 5' <br />each side of the internal property lines. <br />c) Name plat. <br />B. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest <br />indicated therein shall sign the plat and all other <br />documents affected by such interest. <br />b) The subdivider must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />Page 2 of 3
