Class III subdivision, finding <br />all standards of the RR-IB zoning district, subdivision <br />regulations and on-site septic code have been satisfied. <br />\Qlkpproval of this subdivision is subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Dedicate drainage and utility easements along the newly <br />defined shared lot line, 5' on either side. <br />2. As plat was filed prior to May 1st deadline for new Park <br />Dedication Fees, applicant need only make payment of $200.00 <br />for proposed Lot 1. <br />3. Driveway access for Lot 1 must be approved by Public <br />Works Director. <br />Additional Comments and Planning Commission Recomaiendation - <br />June 6, 1990 <br />The Planning Commission unanimously adopted the staff's <br />approval recommendation. The enclosed resolution has been <br />drafted for Council's review and action.
