The t^ians submitted for <br />the Zoning staff are not to-scale and cannot be determined if a <br />setback variance is still required or if additional setback <br />variances are to be noted. Council should ask foy confirmation <br />of the height of the structure. The final building size is <br />proposed at 27'x28'. Access to site is now provided on east side <br />where original design had access from the south side. There <br />appears to be no other changes from the original design plans. <br />Staff would once again call attention to the condition of <br />approval of the original Planning Commission recommendation that <br />would require appropriate evergreen type screening along the <br />north and possibly west boundaries of Outlot B.
