Staff has been advised that there have been <br />some last minute design revisions in the proposed elevations of <br />the pump house and the pump house is to be realigned on the <br />Outlot. Unfortunately, as of this writing the plans have not <br />been submitted for inclusion in your packet. John Gerhardson <br />will review the final design and site plans for the development <br />of Outlot B by the City at your meeting. <br />Council need only make a recommendation of approval (or denial??) <br />of the final plans for the pump house and other associated <br />improvements of Outiot d, East Willow Woods. A formal resolution <br />for filing aganlst the chain of title is not required. <br />I:
