reiterated the law regarding non-renewal of probationary teacher contracts and <br />the process that is followed by the Board and administration informing the <br />audience that their comments and information will be studied/reviewed for future <br />use in matters such as this. <br />In view of the present concerns/rumors, Jim Franklin stated that the law <br />regarding discussion of personnel data has been established for the protection <br />of the employee but it prohibits the Board from responding to concerns/rumors. <br />He reiterated that the recommendations being acted on have been studied/reviewed <br />by administration and the Board; that the proper processes have been followed <br />and looked at very carefully and having complied with all of the processes, the <br />Board has to make these difficult decisions. <br />Kitty Crosby read the following resolutions regarding staffing for 1990-91 and <br />each one was acted on individually. <br />Resolutions on file in District Office.
