Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN <br />ZONING FILE NO. 1517 <br />NOTICE OP PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />55323 473-7357 Date of Notice; 4/25/90 <br />TO:Whitney MacMillan <br />1560 Fox Street <br />Wayzata, MN 55391 <br />COPIES TO:Herb Baldwin <br />4196 West 185th Street <br />Jordan, MN 55352 <br />TYPE OP APPLICATION; Conditional Use Permit <br />DATE OP MEETING: 4/16/90 VOTE: 6 For 0 Against <br />Planning Commission recommends the following: <br />Approval of the conditional use permit for reconstruction of the <br />existing artificial pond, as proposed. Planning Commission recommended <br />that no Conservation and Flowage Easement be required. Approval would be <br />conditioned on the following: <br />1. All dredged spoils to be trucked off site. <br />2. Proposed stone wall to be at least 75' back from the <br />shoreline of the adjacent artificial lake. <br />3. Adhere to indicated plan, with 5' maximum depth at <br />center of pond, 1'-1'6" depth at pond border. <br />4. Stone platform patio area extending into pond is <br />approved as a part of the project. <br />5. Applicant or applicant's agent shall obtain the required <br />land alteration permit prior to commencement of work on the <br />pond. <br />6. Applicant and applicant's contractor shall place and <br />maintain appropriate erosion control methods (silt fence, <br />etc.) to keep any of the disturbed areas or temporarily <br />dredged spoils from moving into the adjacent lake. Upon <br />final grading, the disturbed shall be immediately seeded or <br />sodded to minimize erosion. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as; <br />City Council Monday, May 14, 1990; meeting starts at 7;00 p.m. <br />NOTE: If you wish, we could postpone Council review of this application <br />until the meeting at which your preliminary plat would be J^eviewed, to <br />avoid your having to attend an extra meeting (call Mike Gaffron at 473-7357 <br />to verify). <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission <br />?.:.inutes, they are available from the City Recorder after review and <br />approval by the Planning Commission.
