RIDGE 2ND ADDITION <br />Woodhill Country Club <br />Dear Mayor and Council Members: <br />Our letter is written for several purposes. <br />1.To respond and react to the City Staff Rejxjrt dated March <br />14, 1990 relating to our proposed subdivision. <br />2 •To respond to thoughts expressed at the Planning Commission <br />meeting of March 19, 1990. <br />3.To state our hopes and desires for the subdivision of our <br />property. <br />previously owned by John and Kitty Pilisbury. Oir Property. Citlot B is <br />currently bisected by a conmion private driveway. Fhe <br />Woodhill Road and heads westerly <br />existing parcels. One is owned by Mr. John Prudden and the other is lx)t <br />3 of Woodhill Ridge. A new home is being built on lx)t 3 ?ind hrxs teen <br />undlr c^tri^tion since last year. We propose to divide a new lotjrom <br />our Oitlot B to create a third user of the dry eway. We proposed to <br />retain the remainder of the current Outlet B in its present state. <br />The existing private driveway traverses our land through^ ease^nt. <br />'fhe easement is depicted on the preliminary plat prepared by bathre- <br />Borgquist, Inc. This easement is 33 feet wide. <br />J
