The zoning staff has heard no further from you since that <br />meeting. <br />Prior to scheduling the Hilbelink application before the <br />Council for final review and action, staff would appreciate <br />receiving a written statement from you confirming your <br />willingness to grant the drainage easement. It is also under­ <br />stood that the City Engineer will draft the appropriate legal <br />description for the drainage easement to assure that there is <br />adequate area for the City to maintain the underground drainage <br />tile and catch basin areas within your yard and your neighbor to <br />the south. <br />Please contact my office if you have an/ questions <br />concerning the statements made in this letter. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jeanne A.
