My original <br />intent was to move a 1/500 sq. ft. onto to the lot. I have <br />since abandoned those ^ this point/ do not know if I <br />or someone else will A a spec, home on the property. I have <br />provided a foot print of a home that I feel would fit nicely on <br />that lot. I do realize that if this is approved/ that what ever <br />is submitted in the future will have to be built within those <br />set backs. I hope this answers your questions.
