AMENDMENT TO MUNICIPAL RECYCLING, AND WASTE AGREEMENT <br />This Amendment to the Municipal Recycling, and Waste Agreement is made and entered as <br />of this 28 day of October 2024 by and between the City of Orono, MN (“City”), and Waste <br />Management of Minnesota, Inc. (“WM”). <br />Recitals <br />1.The City and WM executed a Municipal Recycling, and Waste Agreement on <br />September 23, 2019 (the “Agreement”). <br />2.The City and WM now desire to amend the Agreement as described below. <br />Amendments <br />The City and WM hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br />1.Term. The Term of the Agreement shall be extended for a period of 12 months, <br />through and including September 30, 2025. The Agreement may be further <br />extended by mutual agreement in writing signed by both parties. <br />2.Fees and Payments. Section V. a. Service Fee Per Residential Unit, shall be replaced <br />with the following: <br />Contract Year Monthly Fee per Residential Unit <br />2024-2025 $5.90 <br />3.No Other Changes.
