Date: October 28, 2024 Item: 8 <br />Presenter: Christine Lusian, City Clerk <br />Section: Consent Agenda <br /> <br />Title: Contract - Coordinated Recycling Collection <br /> <br /> <br />1.Purpose: <br />The purpose of this item is to approve a one-year renewal for recycling collection. <br />2.Background: <br />Waste Management provides coordinated curbside recycling collection to residential homes and <br />public facilities in Orono. Waste Management also collects compostable organics from two drop- <br />off sites and provides service for clean up day events, separate from this agreement.
