<br /> <br /> M365 Licensing: Below is a list of licenses the Member will be purchasing for this project. The <br />Member will need to maintain all other necessary Microsoft licenses and CAL’s. At the <br />scheduled Microsoft licensing renewal, the Member may be able to reduce Exchange CAL’s, <br />User Cals, Exchange Server license, and Office STD and Pro licenses. <br />o Purchase: M365-G5-GCC licenses - 1 <br />o Purchase: M365-G3-GCC licenses – 58 <br />o Purchase: M365-ExchangeOnlineP2 and EntraIDP1 - 54 <br /> <br /> Exchange Hybrid: Member agrees to run the M365/on-prem environment in hybrid mode as <br />recommended by Microsoft. The service charge for the LOGIS hosted Exchange server/storage <br />will remain but will be reduced at budget interval due to reduced storage consumption. <br /> <br /> Multiple-Factor-Authentication “MFA”: Member agrees to setup MFA for all users. LOGIS will <br />not deploy EntraID unless MFA is enabled. LOGIS will setup the conditional access policies in the <br />M365 tenant, and the Member IT staff is responsible for deploying MFA to all end users prior to <br />the OnlineEmail migrations. Member IT will also ensure all end users will have a device with the <br />Microsoft Authenticator application installed for MFA. Member is responsible for <br />installing/maintaining all aspects of MFA and MFA applications and devices. <br /> <br /> Backups: LOGIS currently provides backups for user mailboxes with the “LOGIS Hosted Backup <br />Service”. LOGIS will continue to backup mailboxes after moved to the M365 cloud. <br /> <br /> Consultant: Threadfin is a LOGIS contracted consultant and will perform the migration <br />described. Threadfin has been background checked and finger-printed. Member agrees to <br />allow for temporary accounts configured on member domain and M365 tenant. <br /> <br /> Microsoft Teams: As part of this project, LOGIS will stand up the M365 Teams application within <br />the M365 tenant and will configure security and retention policies, totaling a maximum of 4 <br />labor hours. This does not include deployment of any Team spaces, Teams calling, Teams web- <br />conferencing, or Teams desktop application. Member is responsible for any further deployment <br />of M365 Team. <br /> <br />Future Projects: <br />(1) LOGIS is able to perform the components of this SOW, but is unable to make commitments to <br />continuing the rollout of Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Sharepoint, and/or any future M365 projects. <br /> <br />Ongoing costs: Members should budget for ongoing support and deployment for additional M365 <br />applications. <br />33
