<br /> <br />City of Orono - Microsoft-365 <br />Statement of Work <br /> <br />Background: <br />LOGIS has been engaged to assist with a new deployment of M365. <br /> <br />Scope: <br />(1) Define requirements and assist with licensing/procurement <br />(2) Technical discovery calls <br />(3) Configure Microsoft tenant <br />(4) Configure AzureAD in the Azure Cloud <br />(5) Migrate from Exchange-email to M365 online-email <br /> <br />Outside of scope includes, but not limited to: <br />(1) Any other Microsoft-365 product other than AzureAD, OnlineEmail, and Teams. <br />a. Examples are Sharepoint, OneDrive, InTune, Telephony, Power BI, others. <br />(2) Microsoft Public Folder conversions <br />(3) If MS Office, AD Server, Exchange Server updates are required to accomplish the scope of work, <br />LOGIS will make best effort to perform that work at standard billable rate. <br />a. No updates are expected, but this may change after technical discovery: <br />i. MS Office <br />ii. MS Exchange <br />iii. AD Server version and functional level <br /> <br />Cost: <br /> Labor: Standard M365 Project Price $18,000 – billed when project starts <br /> Note: Microsoft often changes license entitlements. LOGIS has no control over this. <br /> <br />Estimated Timing: <br /> After licensing is purchased, there is a 4-6 week waiting period for Microsoft to process <br />agreements. Deployment takes approximately 4 weeks. Total project time is approximately 3 <br />months from time of purchase, although Microsoft licensing and tenant delays can occur. <br /> 2024-2025: Obtain approval from Member, LOGIS to issue PO, Microsoft to enable new <br />Enterprise Agreement, enable M365 tenant, and provision licenses <br /> 2024-2025: Project planning, technical discovery sessions, kickoff meeting <br /> 2024-2025: Completion <br /> <br />Specifics on project: <br /> <br />32
