Applicant is placed on notice that property is already <br />at 15% structural coverage for a lot of this size and if <br />additional improvements involve adjustments in the lot <br />coverage calculations, that such new improvements would have <br />to be matched by equal removals of existing improvements. <br />2. Landscaping to be provided along side lot lines adjacent <br />to pool and patio area that encroaches average setback line. <br />3. Verbal comment to staff or written confirmation from <br />neighbor to east that claimed original objection to proposed <br />improvement to property. <br />Table providing applicant additional time to amend current <br />proposal based on directives of Council. <br />Denial based on Planning Commission recommendation. <br />Council Action - <br />To provide conceptual direction to staff to prepare <br />appropriate resolution for Council action at the April 23, 1990 <br />meeting.
