Proposed Resolution <br />The Minnesota Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) <br />stipulates that part-time police officers earning over $425 a <br />month must be members of the Coordinated Plan, unless a <br />resolution is adopted by the governing body making them eligible <br />for coverage in the Police and Fire Fund. <br />The City of Orono has adopted a resolution in the prescribed <br />format for prior part-time police officers, <br />A resolution is attached to enable Officer Karnitz to be eligible <br />fo.
