The second most cost effective option is <br />Alternate V which provices for construction of a new trunk sewer line to the <br />Long Lake Metro Lift Station. <br />Alternates I. II and III provide for complete construction within the City <br />of Orono. This would allow the city to provide sanitary sever capacity to the <br />Trunk Highway 12 area without any change in the Orono/Medina/Long Lake sewer <br />agreement. Alternate I should be compared with Alternates IV and V for <br />serving the Trunk Highway 12 service area.
