Any change in the level of use by an addition of a <br />veterinarian, expansion of examination rooms or proposed <br />additions to the facility would require approval of a new <br />co^'.ditxvjnal use permit. <br />5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br />property not with the applicant, but are permissive only and <br />must be exercised by application for a commercial site plan <br />review by February 23, 1990 or this conditional use permit <br />may be revoked by the Council at their first sgular meeting <br />after the deadline date. <br />6. Vio3 ation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation <br />of whe Zoning Code, shall automatically terminate any <br />authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a <br />misdemeanor. <br />7. The undersigned applicant, Robert J. Ritchie and Janet <br />Roshar, a licensed veterinarian, have read, understood and <br />hereby agree to the terms of this resolution and on behalf <br />of themselves, their neirs, successors and assigns, hereby <br />agree to the recording of this resolution in the chain of <br />title of the n-operty. <br />December <br />‘:ed the Orono City Council on this 11th day of <br />Page 3 of 5
