Because of the proximity of this commercial property to <br />a residential neighborhood, the City will not allow the <br />installation of outdoor kennels or pens for the veterinary <br />use. <br />4. The commercial site plan (landscape plan) submitted for <br />this review and dated 1/26/90 shall be amended to include <br />the following; <br />A) Parking area to rear of principal structure within <br />location of stalls 3, 4 and 5 to be expanded eastward a <br />minimum of 40' from the west property. <br />B) Spruce trees to be planted along north property <br />line be installed at a 6' height. <br />5. Any improvement proposed of the existing deck on the <br />south side of the structure cannot involve an extension <br />closer than the current deck to the street lot line, as <br />existing deck does not meet the required setback of 35' from <br />the street lot line. <br />6. The City Engineer shall reinspect the site to make a <br />final determination as to the need for the 10' wide strip of <br />paving adjacent to Shoreline Drive as to facilitating safe <br />ingress and egress to the site. <br />Proposed Motion: Moved by ___, seconded by ___, to adopt the <br />approval recommendation of the Planning Commission that would <br />accept the -lommercia 1/landscape plan of Robert Rit~hie for the <br />property located at 3572 Shoreline Drive.
