We find the plac <br />acceptable for further development with consideration of the following comments: <br />This is a high accident area, one of the worst in cur di. riot. We <br />would prefer that any new access to this property be off CSAH 6. <br />Current drainage patterns and rate of runoff should be maintained. <br />The development plat should be reviewed by Minnehaha Creek <br />Watershed. <br />TH 12 upgrade in this area is uncertain at this point and a decision <br />as to location change is minimum 2-3 years from now. <br />If you have any questions in regard to this review, please contact Rick Dalton at <br />593-8523.
