Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Dear Ms. Mabusth: <br />RE: Proposed Subdivision - Rodney Johnson <br />CSAH 6, North side, approximately 750 ^eet east of TH 12 <br />Section 29/32, Township 118, Range 23 <br />Hennepin County No. 1811 <br />Review and Recommendations <br />We reviewed the above subdivision and make the following comments: <br />- For future Improvements to CSAH 6 the developer should dedicate an additional 17 <br />feet of right of way along CSAH 6 making the right of way 50 feet from the <br />center of CSAH 6. <br />- Any access from this parcel to CSAH 6 will require an approved Hennepin County <br />entrance permit before beginning any construction. Contact our Operations <br />Division for entrance permit forms. <br />- All proposed construction within County right of way requires an approved <br />utility permit prior to beginning construction. This includes, but Is not <br />limited to, drainage and utility construction, trail development, and <br />landscaping.
