NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or <br />more of the findings noted above, the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the preliminary lat application of Rodney <br />L. Johnson at 3740 West Wayzata Bou ^ard per plat drawings by <br />Gary L. Gabriel of Demars Gab. 1 '^nd Surveyors Inc. dated <br />January 7, 1990, revised February ^ 1990, and further confirms <br />its approval of the original conditional use permit for the <br />farm/nursery stock use on property referred to as Parcel B on <br />prelimianry plan and that the original condition that no stock <br />shall be sold from this site is still in effect. <br />FINAL PLAT SUBMITTALS <br />The following list of final submittals must b. ubmitted to <br />the Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to ti ^ regularly <br />scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the <br />month; <br />A. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies <br />and one (1) copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to include; <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Gary L. <br />Gabriel of Demars Gabriel Land Surveyors Inc. dated <br />January 17, 1990, revised February 27, 1990. <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' <br />wide along all perimeter property lines and 5' each <br />side of internal property lines. <br />c) Dedication of 7 additional feet of right-of-way for <br />County Road 6. <br />d) The subdivision is defined as a plat. All lots <br />shown must be defined with lot and block designations. <br />Plat shall also be defined with a name. <br />B. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required; <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest <br />indicated therein shall sign the plat and all otner <br />documents affected by such interest. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />Page 2 of 3
