.)VS»fd3Js <br />.r- .V '' <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED PROGRAM FOR TEAR XVI <br />URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br />FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SUBMITTAL <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono, through execution of a Joint <br />Cooperation Agreement with Hennepin County, is a cooperating unit <br />in the Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant <br />Program; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has developed a proposal for the <br />use of Urban Hennepin County CDBG funds made available to it, <br />following a public hearing on March 26, 1990 to obtain the views <br />of citizens on local and Urban Hennepin County housing and <br />community development needs and the City's following proposed use <br />of $23,412.00 from the Year XVI Urban Hennepin County Community <br />Development Block Grant and $0.00 in program related income. <br />Projects <br />Housing Rehabilitation <br />Westonka Intervention <br />Westonka Community Action <br />Interfaith Outreach <br />Budget <br />$20,412.00 <br />1,000.00 <br />1,000.00 <br />1,000.00 <br />$23,412.00 <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Orono approves the <br />propo-ied use of Year XVI Urban Hennepin County Community <br />Development Block Grant funds and program related income and <br />authorizes submittal of the proposal to Hennepin County for <br />review by the Urban Hennepin County Citizens Advisory Committee <br />and for inclusion in the Year XVI Urban Henn-pin County Community <br />Development Block Grant Program Statement of Objectives and <br />Projected Use of Funds. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota <br />at a regular meeting held March 26, 1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
