November 13, 1989 Council Minutes Excerpts <br />ISSUE - Review of key issues for the public informational <br />met ting. <br />INTRODUCTION - Following tna July 24, 1989 meeting with the area <br />residents staff reviewed, at the Council’s November 13, 1989 <br />meeting, the key issues of that meeting. <br />DISCUSSION - Staff's present understanding of these issues are <br />outlined in Attachment B. The Council may desire to discuss this <br />further in advance of the meeting. <br />The format of the meeting will be as follows: <br />Introduction - City Administrator <br />Recap of the project - City Engineer <br />Questions and answers <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />1. Accept the information. <br />2. Indicate points of departure which can be presented at the <br />beginning of the meeting. <br />3. Reschedule the meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the meeting continue on <br />the 30th and that Council direct any changes that they may have <br />on the major issues or other concerns that they may have. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by that the Council <br />accept the information indicating any further policy discussions <br />that they may have.
