Take no action. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the Council include in <br />the project all of those properties that do not have a full 2 <br />acres that are in the proximity of the project and that would <br />include the 5 parcels east of Leaf Street together with Mr. <br />Blanche's property and all 2 acre properties abutting the main. <br />In addition it is recommended that a letter be sent to those on <br />Oxford Road to determine because of their proximity to the lake <br />if they have an interest in being included in the project, <br />advising them of the general cost estimate for inclusion. <br />It is recommended that properties south of Bayside Road in the <br />Bayside east area and abutting Bayside Road, be exculded from the <br />project. It is recommended that properties Christine Drive be <br />excluded from the -reject. It is recommended that any study area <br />property in excess of 2 acres which does not abutt a trunk line <br />and which has t-sted and proven alternate sites available and <br />formally pre-ervec’, be excluded at the request of the property <br />owner. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - MovtJ by__ _ _ _ __ _ _ _ _ ^ _, seconded by _, that the Council <br />agrees to exempt properties south of Bayside Road in the Bayside <br />east area from the proposed project area, and further exempts <br />Christine Drive from the project area. The Council further <br />directs the the five properties east of Leaf Street between <br />Bayside Road and the Luce Line be included. Council further <br />directs that any study area property in excess of 2 acres which <br />does not abutt a trunk line and which has tested and proven
